By submitting this registration form, the Team Manager (on behalf of the team) agrees to the following terms: 1. Eligibility All players must be registered with Guernsey Volleyball prior to participating in league matches. Players must meet any age or eligibility requirements specified by the league. It is the Team Manager’s responsibility to ensure all players are eligible to participate. 2. Team Manager Responsibilities Acts as the primary point of contact with the league organisers. Ensures all team members are aware of, and comply with, the league rules, schedule, and code of conduct. Submits accurate player information before the registration deadline. 3. Fees & Payments Registration deposit and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline for the team to be included in the schedule. 4. Code of Conduct All players and coaches must adhere to the Guernsey Volleyball Association Code of Conduct which can be found on this website. 5. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement Volleyball is a physical sport and carries inherent risks of injury. All players participate at their own risk. Guernsey Volleyball, its organisers, and venue providers are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property. 6. Photography & Media By participating, players consent to photography and video recording for promotional and archival purposes, unless they have opted out in writing. By signing or submitting the team registration form, the Team Manager confirms: They have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
